Inside the Ministry Fair

FIND YOUR PEOPLE, FIND YOUR PURPOSE

As we prepare for the Ministry Fair, our hearts pray that the Lord would be glorified in every aspect. Our staff prays for the ministries, the leaders, and all those who attend. Our preparation starts months ahead and ramps up as we approach August.

This year, 48 ministries were represented, with dozens of volunteers, hundreds of attendees, and a thousand corn dogs! Our goal? For everyone at Grace Community Church to find their people and their purpose.

The Ministry Fair showcases each of the ministries we have here at Grace, creating a palpable sense of community and family. The work being done to spread the Gospel—from serving single, expectant mothers to going overseas to do mission work—is alive and thriving among the rows of people.

As I help to prepare for the fair, I am reminded of how powerful it is to know what is going on in each ministry. I encourage you to consider next year’s Ministry Fair as an opportunity to learn about what is available here at Grace, not just for you but for your neighbor, your friends, and that stranger. And as you consider where God has called you to serve, ponder the amount of time you will be able to commit, ensuring you can give your best. After all, “just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many,” Matthew 20:28.
