The Book of I Timothy
Paul tells Timothy why he is writing him this letter.
1 Timothy 3:14–15 “I am writing you these instructions so that… you will know how people ought to conduct themselves in God’s household, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and foundation of the truth.”
He tells Timothy that the church must hold the line by guarding the truth, prioritizing prayer, being led by leaders of character, training for Godliness, loving like family, and finishing with integrity.
May God help us be a church that holds the line.
