Approved people are Robb Sadler, Joey Geisel, Joseph Thomas, John Eargle, Mike Clothier, Paul Cook, Larry McLaughlin, or Larry Gallas. It is the responsibility of the person overseeing the event to find an approved A/V person. If video recording and/or LiveStream is requested, you will also need a camera person.
