Justice and mercy find their perfect balance in Jesus Christ.

As the Church, the body of Christ, grows to look more and more like Jesus, so also will its ministries of justice and mercy.  We have a variety of justice and mercy ministries you might consider being involved in. Ministering to the poor and homeless matters to God.  (Isaiah 58:6-8) We will always have the poor with us, therefore we need to respond accordingly. (Matt. 26:11)

Monthly Homeless Outreach

The third Sunday afternoon of each month, we are partnering with Open Door Church from Burleson to serve lunch to about 400 homeless people in the streets of Ft. Worth. They have been doing this faithfully for the past 30 years at this location! We also take items to give them that will help meet some of their needs. Below is a list of the items we need on an ongoing basis. You can drop them off at the church office during office hours. Here's how you can help - you can join us to serve lunch, be part of a ministry team praying for people or help pass out clothes and other items. We meet from 11:30am to 1:30pm at 1701 E. Lancaster, 76102. (It's the parking lot for a haunted house.) You are welcome to come and go as your schedule permits.

Our November outreach will take place on Sunday November 25th at 2pm!
