Welcome to gracearlington.com and Grace Community Church!  When you visit our church, we feel that it is up to us to make you feel at home as you make a decision as to whether Grace is the place for you.  Our commitment is that the first face you see will have a smile.  We want give you the space to get to know us.  When you visit, our hospitality team will greet you with a smile and will be available to answer any questions you may have about us.  Please take advantage of the information desk and our Welcome Center to find out more about who we are and where you can connect with us.  We want you to become a part of what we are doing in the community and the world.

Some have this experience when they visit our church.  When we encounter God's presence in worship, sometimes the experience is like coming home to a place we didn't know we had left.  This is not unique to our worship services, but to the reality of approaching God in an honest way in worship.  Our emotions respond to the spiritual call of God to a deeper relationship with Him.  We take worship of our great King very seriously.  We believe it should be both a celebration of the new life He has given us faith in through Jesus Christ, and a time of reflection and, if necessary, response to His direction in our lives.

Children are very important to us.  We value the experience your child has in church.  We don't view child care as simply babysitting so the adults can go to church.  Children need the opportunity to grow in an honest faith in and understanding of who Jesus Christ is.  They should also have fun and want to come back!  So, from the moment they enter AdventureLand, it our goal to help them experience the truth about Jesus in a fun and memorable way.  To see AdventureLand for yourself, enter from the south side of the building through the AdventureLand entrance.

Visiting a Sunday morning service at Grace Community Church should feel like entering among friends.  One thing Jesus Christ modeled for us was the ability to spend time with people of all kinds of backgrounds and nationalities.  Wherever you have come from, whomever you are, and wherever you are on your spiritual journey, we want you to feel welcome with us to explore who Jesus is.

We believe in two simple principles that Jesus taught, which can be summed up in His command in Matthew 22 to "love your neighbor as yourself" and in Matthew 28 to "make disciples of all nations."  That means that we demonstrate the love and message of Christ to people of all ethnicities and backgrounds, whether here or in far away places.  Visit our Ministries pages to see what we are doing.
