Building Use Forms
Welcome to our building use page! If you are interested in renting or reserving our building for an activity, please download the appropriate form below, fill it out, and either:
- Mail it to Grace Community Church, 801 West Bardin Road, Arlington, TX 76017.
- Bring it by our office at the above address during office hours (9:00 AM -4:00 PM Monday-Thursday and 9:00 AM-1:00 PM Friday) or drop it in the office during our Sunday service times.
- FAX it to us at 817.860.5076.

This application is for activities such as reunions, showers, receptions, conferences, or any other event that would require more detailed set up and/or decorating.
